  • wear light comfortable clothing
  • walk with a mat although a few are available
  • arrive 10 minutes before class so that we start on time
  • walk with any props, like blocks, a small towel and a bottle of water
  • avoid any heavy meals 3 hours before class
  • turn phones on silent or off before class 



All levels. We have from 7 years to 70 years in the class. Dr Vasant gives instructions for first timers to advanced practioners.
